And I’m Off!

Day one is going well so far!  I just had some yummy soup for lunch. 

Here is the recipe if you want to make some!

Chicken Vegetable Soup:

-Chicken broth

-A can of tomatoes (your choice which kind-I usually do fire roasted to add more flavor)

-And choice of veggies you want!  This pot I included leaks, squash, and carrots. Get as creative as you want!

-Garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste.

Perfect for a winter day, especially when you have a cold, like me right now.
