Tuesday’s Tip of the Week!

Happy fall!  This is my favorite time of the year.  I love getting to take out my cute boots and coats without the cold air chilling my body every time I walk outside.  The leaves are changing, pumpkin and butternut squash become part of a weekly recipe, and apple picking is a weekend outing.

In honor of the seasons changing, I’m going to start a little something new on the blog!  Every Tuesday I will post a tip; a random gluten fact that I’ve learned.
TUESDAY TIP #1:

When you’re eating out be sure to ask the chef to change his/her gloves before preparing your meal.  If the chef has touched bread, or other gluten ingredients, then makes your salad without changing gloves, your food had been contaminated.
