Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

I have a new paleo, gluten-free addiction:  Chocolate Mug Cake.  It takes less than five minutes to make, giving instant gratification to your sweet-tooth, without the guilt of eating something full of butter and sugar.

Here’s what you need:

1 egg

3 tbs coco powder

3 tbs almond meal

2 tbs honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

4 drops stevia (you can buy this at a local health food store)

a dash of sea salt

Mix all the ingredients together in a mug and pop in the microwave for 3 minutes (give or take 10 seconds depending on your microwave).  Enjoy the satisfaction of chocolate cake, without the guilt of eating something unhealthy!
